This site is operated by Optimal Financial Centre Inc. (O/A Optimal Benefits) is a Federal corporation with a head office in New Brunswick.  Optimal Financial Centre, its staff and brokers, all holds Life and/or Accident & Sickness insurance agent licenses in the geographic areas they serve.  They work through and only with licensed insurance agents and brokers.

Payment

When a client accept the offer from a quote, of a specific product, from an insurance company, the payment will be automatically be processed by the Insurance Provider.

Governing Laws

The insurance laws of the Province of New-Brunswick and the federal corporate laws of Canada applicable therein shall govern as to the interpretation, validity and effect of this Agreement and any use of the Site. You hereby consent and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of New-Brunswick in any action or proceeding instituted under or related to this Agreement or your use of the Site.   If you or any persons listed on your application for insurance have been previously convicted of insurance fraud, all insurance providers listed on the Optimal Benefits Website reserve the right to refuse to issue an insurance contract based on this fact. All products ordered will be provided by a licensed insurance company.
